 The responsibility of maintaining the three manual pipe organ in our church became mine four years ago. Not being an organist myself I totally rely on Mark and Dale. Mark refurbished our organ a number of years ago. He is a marvelous diagnostician as well as repairman. He has always made himself available by phone or visit and I cannot say enough about his integrity or talent. In one word he is “amazing.” Dale is a great voice for the company. She is talented in her own right, very organized, and quick to communicate with you. I love when they visit for routine calls and tuning and count on them for when we have a problem. 

 Fischer Pipe Organ Tuning and Service has always done an amazing job of taking care of the organs at Holy Apostles Parish in Jamestown, New York. We have two church buildings; A Historic Nineteenth Century Church, Saints Peter and Paul in downtown Jamestown, which has a wonderful three manual organ, as well a very fine two manual at St. John Church. Fischer Organ has always been available to service and tune both of these fine instruments and has been incredibly dependable with emergency situations. We have been beyond appreciative with their service, dedication and commitment to our organs within our parish.
